Moral of the story? If you go to Bali ~ just buy the f*\king fan and make someone’s day! Book the trip, invest in yourself, take off the amour, be kind, be humble ~ just BE! Strive for peace & happiness within 💗 5. (Find a delicious feed for $3.50 💁🏼‍♀️😂)$

This is what 44 looks like 🥳

As they say, time flys when you’re having fun!

Looking back I can honestly say my experience on the planet so far has been a LOT of fun!

Of course not without its challenges, frustrations, sadness and some hurt - HOWEVER! Life is truly what you make it 💗

Over the years I have (and we all do) collected ‘tools’ for my toolbox. These come from many places - life experience, conversations, education, trial & error, mistakes, wins and some more materialistic

Recently though I have been obsessed with acquiring tools that can only be obtained through attitude, mindfulness, experiences, yoga, reading, spirituality, music, solitude and time…

These tools are the shiny ones! ⭐️
The ones that can not be bought, rushed or, necessarily be seen from the outside world

The ones that have helped me get to a DEEPER understanding about myself & others. To find compassion, learn to forgive, to trust my intuition, live in flow not force, have faith over fear & love myself above all else!

I now can look in the mirror and give comfort to ‘little’ Ness, have compassion for ‘adolescent’ Ness, forgive ‘hurt’ Ness and live to my highest frequency through adult Ness who is committed to being ‘best’ Ness 🙌🏻

No longer do I live with judgement of any kind to myself or others. I believe almost all people have good hearts - however live life based off their own experiences, upbringing, trauma and, the work they have, or have not done up until this moment 💗

I now live with compassion, understanding & boundaries. I chose wisely where my energy goes, and who I share an energy field with ✨

Everyday I will continue to grow, heal, learn and make mistakes!

BUT. I will always be internally grateful for the wonderful life I live, who I am, and all the very special people who are in it 🙏🏼💞✨

Amazing experience volunteering at 2 local primary schools thanks to @ivhq @greenlionbali and also to my lovely host Made 💚

IVHQ is your platform & agency providing all the info and training required to become a volunteer - anywhere in the world 🌎

Green Lion has multiple projects running (along with Teaching) such as construction, health, turtle conservation & more ☺️

So grounded, trying new things, being creative, excited, happy & just stoked with where I’m at 🥰

This years goal was to commit to learning guitar, be consistent with my yoga & learn / get back into surfing - all just for fun!

It’s amazing what happens when you continue to show up for yourself! 💯

Even if you fall, even if no one can make out what song your playing or you can’t yet do a headstand 😂 it’s all part of the process - a challenge- you against you! 💗💗💗

Quiet the mind, meditation, move, breathe…

Just be with yourself, get rid of distractions (good or bad) and listen to your body 🙏🏼

You truly have all the answers inside you & the ability restore and regenerate when you take the time to listen

1 week ago I could not imagine I would have created a 30 piece sample collection!

I am so grateful to be surrounded by good people who love, support & believe in me! (When even at times - I don’t myself) 🤎🤍🤎 And to those friends who are understanding and patient while I am doing my best to create a new life - I love you! 🥰
